At Fit2Run, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your fitness journey; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
